The programme
Who is the programme for?
A structured six-month programme for men whose relationship with sex has become a source of conflict, secrecy or shame.
If you are wondering whether the programme is right for you, this video is a good place to start. Dr Michael Yates explains who it is for and what it can offer.
Dr Michael Yates, Clinical Psychologist and Psychosexual Specialist
Not sure whether this applies to you?
Some men recognise their experiences immediately. Others are less certain. This private three-minute self-assessment may help you think about your relationship with sex and whether exploring support would be worthwhile.
Is this for me?
If your sexual behaviour has started to feel out of control, whether that's drugs and sex including chemsex, apps, pornography, hook-ups, escorts, or a pattern you keep promising yourself you'll change, this was built for exactly that.
If something about your sex life is causing you problems and you can't stop on your own, that's enough to start the conversation.
Men of all sexualities.
The programme is for men of all sexualities. We organise groups broadly around sexual orientation, so that men in each group share a broadly similar sexual and social context.
You don't need.
- a formal diagnosis
- to have hit rock bottom
- a referral from your GP
- to have tried to stop on your own first
- to be clean or sober to start
Not sure?
Most men who come to us felt the same way. If you're asking the question, it's worth having the conversation with us. That's what the consultation is for.
