Apply for the programme.

Three simple steps. A conversation, not a commitment. Every application is read personally by Dr Michael Yates or our clinical team.

  1. 1

    Register your patient account

You will register with Jane, our secure medical records provider. Jane asks for your name, email address, phone number and date of birth. This protects your confidentiality and lets us communicate with you safely.

  2. 2

    Complete a short questionnaire

Once you have registered, your application waits for Dr Michael Yates to review it personally. He will then email you a short, confidential questionnaire about you and what has brought you here. You should usually hear from him within 24 hours. While you wait, your Jane account will show no appointments. That is normal, and there is nothing more you need to do. When the questionnaire arrives, be as open and honest as you can. Everything is confidential and secure.

  3. 3

    Your first conversation

Dr Michael Yates or a member of our clinical team arranges a confidential 30-minute consultation to see if the programme is the right fit for you.
